Chair and Action Group
The Action Group’s function is work with the Chair to identify and manage the agenda of the thinking and communicating processes:
- Identifying issues that Voices could usefully engage with
- Developing mechanisms to influence policy and promote common strategic themes
- Managing background research to inform the whole process
- Maintaining budgetary responsibility and accountability for our mandate with Worcestershire Partnership / Funders
The membership of the Action Group changes to reflect the current focus of activity.
Michael Hunter, Chair
Michael led the project group, which set up the Worcestershire Voices and was invited to continue as their chair.
Michael has a long-term commitment to partnership working and believes in the benefits to Worcestershire of having a strong and influential Voluntary Sector.
Michael is also Chairman of governors at his local first school in Evesham.
